General Terms

Rate Flexibility All rates are subject to change based on the IATA-determined Dollar Exchange Rate.
Additional Charges Customs duties, taxes, surcharges & handling charges at the final destination are not included in the quoted rates.
Fuel Surcharge FSC -15% is included in the rates.

Volumetric Weight Calculation Volume weight will be calculated when it exceeds Gross weight using the following formulas:
- Centimeters: (Length × Width × Height) ÷ 5000 = Volumetric Weight (kg)
- Inches: (Length × Width × Height) ÷ 305 = Volumetric Weight (kg)

Service Failure Compensation In case of service failure, partial or full missing shipment, compensation will be provided according to the terms and amount specified in the Master Air waybill.
Alternative Service If a package is refused by any service provider at the destination gateway, we will attempt to use an alternate service with applicable charges.
Weight Adjustments Any package weight increases will be notified with service provider proof and charged accordingly.

Excluded Charges Quoted rates do not include Local VAT, TAX, or AIT in any country of origin.
Payment Policy All payments are to be made on a prepaid basis.
